Quick & Easy 1. Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio Ingredients: Spaghetti: 200g Olive oil: 1/4 cup Garlic: 4 cloves, thinly sliced Red pepper flakes: 1/2 tsp Parsley: 2 tbsp, chopped Salt: to taste Instructions: 1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until golden. 3. Add red pepper flakes and cooked spaghetti. 4. Toss well. 5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot. 2. Chicken Stir-Fry Ingredients: Chicken breast: 200g, sliced Bell peppers: 1 cup, sliced Soy sauce: 2 tbsp Garlic: 1 clove, minced Olive oil: 1 tbsp Salt and pepper: to taste Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic. 2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. 3. Add bell peppers and stir for 2 minutes. 4. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. 5. Stir well and serve.

International Cuisine 1. Sushi Rolls Ingredients: Sushi rice: 1 cup, cooked Nori sheets: 2 Avocado: 1, sliced Cucumber: 1, julienned Soy sauce: for dipping Instructions: 1. Place a nori sheet on a sushi rolling mat. 2. Spread sushi rice evenly, leaving a small border. 3. Place avocado and cucumber slices in the center. 4. Roll tightly and slice into pieces. Serve with soy sauce. 2. Chicken Curry (Indian Style) Ingredients: Chicken: 200g, diced Onion: 1, chopped Tomato: 1, chopped Curry powder: 2 tbsp Coconut milk: 1 cup Oil: 1 tbsp Salt: to taste Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent. 2. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 3. Add chicken and curry powder. Mix well. 4. Add coconut milk and simmer until chicken is cooked. 5. Season with salt and serve hot.

International Cuisine: Food Therapy 1. Turmeric Infused Coconut Curry Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated 2 tablespoons turmeric powder 1 can coconut milk (400ml) 1 cup vegetables of choice (bell peppers, carrots, zucchini) Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until aromatic. 2. Stir in turmeric powder until well-combined. 3. Pour in coconut milk, bringing it to a gentle simmer. 4. Add vegetables, simmering until tender. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve warm over rice or quinoa, garnished with fresh coriander. 2. Turmeric Ginger Smoothie Ingredients 1 banana 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional) Ice cubes Instructions: 1. In a blender, combine banana, turmeric, ginger, and milk. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired. 4. Add ice cubes and blend again until frosty. 5. Pour into a glass and enjoy this energizing, health-boosting smoothie!
